These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered through RAAD.me, operated by ICEBERG.WS AJLOUNI, a registered business in Switzerland (“RAAD.me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling or making a purchase.

RAAD.me offers three core services:

The SIRAGE Program – a structured training program to help you build your brand with AI.
Individual Webinars – stand-alone sessions on business, spirituality, and self-help topics.
The All Access Pass – a bundled subscription for select webinars.

1. The SIRAGE Program

Format & Access

A 4-week immersive program delivered through 10 live online sessions.
5 sessions with Raad Ajlouni (AI strategy, systems, brand building).
5 sessions with Omar DaCosta-Shahid (spirituality, values, and purpose in business).
Full replays provided so you can catch up anytime.

What You Will Build

Your brand foundation — clear identity and positioning.
An AI companion to support your branding, content, and workflows.
A website draft to establish your digital presence.
Content in your own voice, ready for launch.
A launch-ready offer and strategic roadmap for moving forward with clarity.

Focus Areas

Brand Identity & Positioning – define your values, voice, and audience.
Website & Digital Presence – set up your online hub with AI tools.
Content Strategy & Workflows – create and manage marketing content efficiently.
Business Growth Systems – structures to scale and sustain your brand.
The Spirituality of Business (Omar’s sessions) – aligning values, purpose, and growth.

Important Notes

We guide and train you to build your system; we do not provide ongoing content creation.
Certain tools (e.g., domain, hosting, ChatGPT Plus) are third-party services and not included in your fee.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party tools.
Instalment plans are available, but missed payments may suspend access.
The first 20 participants in each SIRAGE cohort receive complimentary access to all webinars during their program month.

2. Individual Webinars

Structure

Each webinar is individually priced at checkout.
Purchase includes:
- Live participation (if the session hasn’t yet occurred).
- Permanent access to the recording of that session.

Conditions

Access is limited to the specific webinar purchased.

3. The All Access Pass

Price

£120 per month

Included Webinars

Clone & Monetize Your Skills with an AI Agent (£90)
Launch Your Own Membership Site (£70)
Become a Muslimpreneur with AI! (£50)
Grow Closer to God with AI (£20)

Conditions

Includes only the listed webinars (and their recordings).
Future webinars may be added separately and are not automatically included.
Subscription renews monthly until cancelled; access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may include taxes.
SIRAGE: Pay in full or via instalments. Missed instalments may suspend access.
Webinars: One-time payment at purchase.
All Access Pass: Recurring monthly charge until cancelled.

5. Refunds

SIRAGE: Refunds may be requested within 3 days of purchase, provided the program has not started. Once the cohort begins, fees are non-refundable and instalments remain due.
Webinars: Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase, if the session has not yet taken place and the recording has not been accessed.
All Access Pass: Non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Future renewals can be cancelled at any time.
Extraordinary Circumstances: In cases of illness, force majeure, or other major incidents, refund or deferral requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials (recordings, slides, templates, prompts) remain the intellectual property of RAAD.me or its partners.
Licensed for your personal, non-commercial use in your own business only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of the content you create using your AI companion and brand assets, but you are responsible for legal compliance.

7. Community Conduct

Respectful behavior is required in all RAAD.me communities (live sessions, online groups, shared platforms, etc.).
Confidentiality of participants must be maintained.
Harassment, spam, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who breach these standards without refund.

8. Privacy & Data

We comply with Swiss data protection law and GDPR principles.
Personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) is processed securely and used only to provide services.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided for educational purposes only, “as is.”
Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or medical advice.
We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes.
We are not responsible for the performance of third-party tools or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in Switzerland.
