RAAD Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the RAAD Partner Program (“Program”), operated by ICEBERG.WS AJLOUNI, a registered business in Switzerland (“RAAD.me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By joining or participating in the Program, you (“Partner,” “Affiliate,” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Overview

The RAAD Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to RAAD.me. Partners promote our services and earn a percentage of each qualifying sale.

Our goal is to reward transparent, ethical ambassadors who genuinely believe in the value of our work — helping creators, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven individuals build their brands with AI.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Operate in compliance with all applicable laws.
Provide accurate contact and payment information.
Agree not to misrepresent RAAD.me, its programs, or its founders.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Partners earn 20% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
Commission applies to all RAAD.me products and services, including SIRAGE, Webinars, and the All Access Pass.
No multi-level or tiered commissions apply.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, refunds, or transaction fees.

4. Cookie Tracking & Attribution

The default tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the first click.
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last-click attribution applies.
Commissions are valid only for purchases made directly through the partner’s tracked link.

5. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly, after the related program or product cycle has ended and the refund period has passed.
Any transfer or payment processing fees (PayPal, Revolut, bank) will be deducted from your payout.
Payouts can be made via Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer, according to your preference.
Commissions on refunded or chargebacked transactions are not eligible for payout.
RAAD.me reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or refund abuse.

6. Partner Conduct

We expect our partners to represent the brand ethically and truthfully.

Partners must not:

Use paid ads, sponsored keywords, or brand bidding that includes “RAAD.me,” “SIRAGE,” “Raad Ajlouni,” or any variations thereof.
Make misleading claims about potential earnings, outcomes, or spiritual promises.
Promote RAAD.me content or products through spam, bots, deceptive funnels, or unethical practices.
Associate our brand with adult, political, or offensive material.

Partners should:

Promote content in alignment with honesty, value, and respect for our community.
Comply with all data protection, privacy, and advertising regulations in their region.

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Program without payout.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by RAAD.me (logos, media, course content, copy) remain our intellectual property.
You may use approved assets for promotional purposes only.
Modification or imitation of brand assets (e.g., fake pages or impersonation) is strictly prohibited.

8. Taxes & Legal Responsibilities

Partners are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of RAAD.me.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your earnings in your jurisdiction.

9. Modifications & Termination

RAAD.me may update, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time.
Commission rates and terms may change with prior notice via email or dashboard update.
Partners may leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

RAAD.me provides the Program “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding performance or income.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the partner in the preceding three months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Switzerland.
